HUMMUS BEETROOT TOAST • GR'EAT PROVENCE
HOW TO:
1. Finely cut the beets in fine slices. Sprinkle with lemon.
2. Make the beetroot hummus (see hummus recipe in other post & add a pre-cooked beetroot) https://greatgranola.be/blogs/recipes/crunchy-hummus
3. Spread the hummus on a toast, add some fine beetroot slices. Drizzle with olive oil. Add some black pepper. Add some leek sprouts. Finish off with GR'EAT granola Provence.
