Job description

• Support the marketing manager in executing and developing the communication plan.
• Create engaging social media content (posts, videos, contests, influencers) to boost GR'EAT visibility and promote its values. Help on nurturing the newsletter strategy.
• Organise GR'EAT presence on selected events (food, sports & charity actions).
• Participate in the maintenance of existing customers by doing promotions, actions or tastings
• Develop marketing materials (flyers, posters...) to promote GR'EAT in store, on events and alongside our webshop consumers journey.
• Support the new product launches in store, on our website and on our social media/newsletter
• Potentially help with the webshop logistics and on sales missions

• You speak and write French or Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
• You are a good computer user: MS Office, Canva, Adobe (Illustration, Indesign, Photoshop) is a +
• You are creative and love copywriting! 
• You are proactive and very flexible!
• You are resourceful
• You are a real multitasker (and yes, don't forget that this is a start-up)
• You are a good communicator - communication is key!

Sales intern

Job description

• You will oversee the implementation of a national and international (export) sales strategy international (export) sales strategy (LT).
• You will assist in the retention of existing customers through promotions, actions or tastings.
• You will discover new and interesting partnerships to increase your visibility.
• You will help the sales team to organise events, tastings, Christmas markets, etc. and the team can count on you to attend on-site events.
• You will create or update POP/POS tools using Adobe Suite or Canva and place them in various points of sale.
• You will send mailings in three languages using MailChimp B2B (and B2C).
• Together with the sales team you will analyse the Belgian market and its foreign competition.
• You can define your KPIs and report your actions and ideas to the team.
• You may assist the logistics team in preparing online orders.

Profile required

• You speak and write French or Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
• You are a good computer user: MS Office, etc.
• You have a commercial spirit and are not afraid of customer contact.
• You are proactive and very flexible!

• You will participate in the optimisation of the production process of the different products.
• You will think about optimising the production costs of existing recipes and reducing the environmental impact of our processes.
• You will assist the logistics team in preparing orders for the webshop.
• You will learn how to use our ERP system in order to be able to encode orders and flows in the stock.
• You will participate in the development of new products: from sourcing raw materials to the launch.
• You will be required to write the technical data sheets for our products on different platforms.
• You will help the B Corporation certification manager to collect data related to production data.
• You will participate in production and/or delivery on an ad hoc basis.
• You will contribute to the optimisation of logistics, planning and the production process.

Profile required

• You are passionate about healthy food and want to try out the countless recipe ideas.
• You have skills in creating new recipes and developing new product lines.
• You are a real multitasker (and yes, don't forget that this is a start-up).
• You are self-motivated and want to learn new professional skills.
• You are able to work in a team on different projects.
• You are proactive and flexible.
• Having a driving licence is a plus.
