Founded in 2015, GR'EAT granola's mission is to inspire people to eat healthier and live a more conscious lifestyle. The company specializes in the production and distribution of healthy and tasty food.

The current product range consists of 100% organic and gluten-free granola. Everything is cooked by hand in their small atelier near Zaventem (Kortenberg).

GR'EAT granola is a fast-growing company with a start-up mentality, everyday is different! You can count on us for a dynamic & diversified job and we want to count on you for an extra smile in the team!

Sales & Marketing Intern

We are constantly looking for interns to strengthen our teams! A GR'EAT opportunity for someone creative and passionate.

Job description

  • You will implement a national and international (export) sales strategy. (LT)
  • You will participate in the maintenance of existing customers by doing promotions, actions or tastings.
  • You will find new and interesting partnerships to boost visibility.
  • You will assist the sales team in the organisation of events, tastings, Christmas markets, ... And the team can count on you to participate in events on site.
  • You will create or put up to date POS / POS tools via Ai or Indesign to put them in the different points of sales.
  • You will send mailings via MailChimp B2B (and B2C) in 3 languages.
  • You will analyse the Belgian market and its foreign competition with the sales team.
  • You will help with new product launches in different sales outlets.
  • You can define your KPI's and report your actions and ideas to the team.
  • You will potentially help the logistics team to prepare web orders.
  • You will help to pack B2C parcels

Profile required

  • You speak and write French or Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
  • You are a good computer user: MS Office and others.
  • You are proactive and very flexible!
  • You are resourceful
  • You are a real multitasker (and yes, don't forget that this is a start-up)
  • You are a good communicator - communication is key!
  • You are stress resistant
  • You are commercially minded and not afraid of customer contact.
  • You are passionate about healthy food and want to try out the countless recipe ideas

      Sales Representative (NL) 
      full time

      Job description

      Your main role will be to approach new shops to promote the GR'EAT brand and its different products. Our clients are retailers, chains (organic), independents (organic), concept stores, gyms, hotels, restaurants and cafes. The E-commerce will be managed by Marketing.

      BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (HUNTING ON THE ROAD) 65%

      • You introduce our new products in different sales outlets
      • You develop and maintain good relationships with our customers by visiting them frequently, listening to their needs and advising them on promotions, actions or tastings
      • You will be responsible for responding to prospects (in-bound) on our mailbox and creating their account in our CRM to track them
      • You are able to negotiate prices, are comfortable with calculating margins and are able to promote your product
      • You are interested in exporting GR'EAT products and are willing to go to our neighbouring countries

      EVENTS 15%

      • You will assist the sales team in the organization of events (trade shows, in-store tastings, Christmas markets, ...) and the team can count on you to participate in events on site (also on weekends)
      • You know how to use the available platforms (Mailchimp, mailing, ...) to communicate with your customers, prospects and suspects

      ANALYSE 15%

      • You write market analyses of your observations on the road (prices, competitors, trends, promotions, new products, etc.)
      • You give your opinion in meetings with the marketing team on promotions, visuals, packaging, POS material to ensure a good branding of GR'EAT on the market
      • You will find new and interesting partnerships to boost visibility. You will keep up to date with trendy events to brief the marketing team for a collab.
      • You know how to take out your KPIs and report them to your N+1

      CUSTOMER SERVICE 5%

      • You will need to be able to work in a team environment and be able to work in a team environment.
      • You can handle B2B complaints (out-of-stock or non-conformities) and ensure a good quality service

      Desired Profile

      We are looking for someone who is willing to learn continuously and from whom the team can also learn. We expect you to bring creative ideas for continuous improvement. Mondays will be dedicated to team meetings. The other days you are free to organise your own schedule.

      MUST HAVE :

      • You speak and write French and Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
      • You are commercially minded, enjoy customer contact and are at ease with words
      • You are a good communicator. Communication is key with your team and your customers
      • You are resourceful, proactive and flexible
      • You have a valid driving licence
      • You want to join the team on a long term basis and be a positive change agent

      Chef Coq

      Job description

      Manufacture of granola (breakfast cereals) and spreads in an artisanal way
      The different tasks are as follows:

      • Receiving the incoming raw materials and performing a quality check.
      • Daily preparation of oven fresh granola (12 different recipes) in a traditional way.
      • Selecting the production data and setting the parameters (quantity, dosage, mix, ...)

      - Manually carry out preparation or finishing operations:

      • Weighing of dry products
      • Weighing of syrups in a very precise way warming up for an optimal final product
      • Mixing the syrup with the dry mixture. Check manually and visually.
      • Spread the granola on the baking sheets.
      • Weigh the nuts and toast them.
      • Add non-baked ingredients.

      - Recording data for production monitoring & passing on the information to those concerned.

      • Checking and maintaining the condition and cleanliness of the equipment (scales, grinder, cooking pot, ovens, etc.) and the workstation.
      • Training new people in the art of making our quality products.
      • Ensuring the utmost hygiene and order in our workshop
      • Helping to draw up the inventory
      • Developing the manufacturing processes of new products: e.g. lubricating paste

        Profile required

        • Previous experience in a bakery or as a cook is desirable
        • Passion for healthy & quality food
        • Precision and skills in baking
        • Implementing sustainability in the production process
        • Eye for optimisation of the existing working methods and innovation of the product range
        • Skills in creating new recipes and developing new product lines
        • Being able to communicate fluently with other people
        • Being able to work with other people
        • Being flexible 
        • You speak Dutch or English or French

          Contract
