· 200 g cooked beetroot
· 1 lime
· 1/3 goat cheese roll
· 2-3 basil leaves
· 1 tbsp olive oil
· sea salt
· black pepper
· 𝗚𝗥'𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘆: buckwheat & sesame, mustard, Provencal herbs, cashew nuts

𝘐𝘕𝘚𝘛𝘙𝘜𝘊𝘛𝘐𝘖𝘕𝘚

1. Blend 200g cooked beetroot + 1 lime juice & zest + 1 tbs olive oil + seasalt + black pepper

2. Topp with fresh goat cheese, basil & our GR’EAT granola Glory

3. Enjoy without moderation
