SCALLOP CARPACCIO • GRATED APPLE • GR’EAT PROVENCE
INGREDIENTS:
- 15 scallops
- 1 apple
- Pink Bell Pepper
- Lemon juice & zest (or lime)
- Fresh Coriander
- Olive oil
- GR'EAT Provence
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Finely slice the scallops using a very sharp knife or mandolin.`
2. Sprinkle with some lemon juice & add a swirl of olive oil.
3. Add some grated apple/finely cut in sticks. Soak them in lemon juice.
4. Zest the lemon.
5. Crush some pink bell pepper.
6. Top with GR'EAT Provence.
7. Finish off with some fresh coriander leaves.
