β’ Honey & mustard dressing: 1 tbs grain mustard + 3 tbs olive oil > mix, Add 1 tbs apple vinegar, 1 ts honey, Pepper & 1/2 provence herbs > mix & keep in the fridge for a month.

> πͺππππππ πππ: If you cook green veggies, cook them in boiling water without a lid. Add a little bit of salt to the water when the water is boiling, not before (otherwise, you'll damage your pot). Cooking time may vary from veggies. β

> π΅ππππππππ πππ: Did you know that the colour of the veggies/fruits indicate their nutritional profile? To fuel up, eat the rainbow π. Green veggies are rich in a combination of vitamins A, C, and K; several B vitamins (including folate, essential for ADN repair and cell growth); and potassium.
