GR'EAT OVERNIGHT OATS • RASPBERRY • ALMOND
Shake things up with this Raspberry & Almond overnight oats - the easiest way to wake up to a creamy, dreamy, flavor-packed morning! Just mix, chill, and let the fridge do the magic overnight.
INGREDIENTS (serves 1)
- 200 ml of unsweetened almond milk
- 50 g of our Raspberry & Almond oats mix
- 50 g of our Raspberry fruit
- 1 tbs GR'EAT Cheeky : cashew & raspberry nutbutter
- 1 lemon grated zest
- 1 lime zest
- 1 tsp almond flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Overnight or min. 1h before, mix the almond milk with the Oats mix. Let it sit for 5 min., mix & then place in the fridge.
2. In a glass jar place some raspberries at the bottom. Cover the outside of the glass with some 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘆 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿.
3. Put the 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝘅 on top.
4. Just before serving, top with Almond flakes, raspberries & lime/lemon zest.
PS: prepare this delicious & nutritious snack/brekkie in advance & store in the fridge for max 4 days in jars with a closed lid.
