Chocolate Mousse


  • 75g of dark chocolate
  • 6 eggs
  • 100g of unsalted butter
  • 1 ts of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of coarse sea salt
  • Topping: GR'EAT Energy granola / a mint leave
  1. Melt the chocolate at low temperature
  2. Add the butter to the melted chocolate and once all is melted, turn off the fire
  3. Separate egg whites from yolks
  4. Beat the egg whites until firm, adding the sugar
  5. Add the yolks to the melted chocolate and mix it
  6. Combine the melted chocolate to the egg white delicately and mix gently
  7. Poor in cups, glasses or in a bigger bowl
  8. You can add the coarse sea salt if you like
  9. Let it cool down for one hour at least in the fridge
  10. Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving
  11. Top the mousse with GR'EAT Energy granola and a mint leave
  12. Serve your guests and impress them!
