At the occasion, we suggest you a 𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 🌱⁠
• Sof-boiled Eggs that you soaked into beetroot juice of in the preparation juice of pickled red onions.⁠
• Radish, sliced⁠
• (Baby) Cucumber⁠
• Broccolini⁠
• Baby Spinach leafs⁠
• Kale⁠
• Green beans⁠
GR'EAT granola Provence
• Honey & mustard dressing: 1 tbs grain mustard + 3 tbs olive oil > mix, Add 1 tbs apple vinegar, 1 ts honey, Pepper & 1/2 provence herbs > mix & keep in the fridge for a month.



> 𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒊𝒑: If you cook green veggies, cook them in boiling water without a lid. Add a little bit of salt to the water when the water is boiling, not before (otherwise, you'll damage your pot). Cooking time may vary from veggies. ⁠

> 𝑵𝒖𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒊𝒑: Did you know that the colour of the veggies/fruits indicate their nutritional profile? To fuel up, eat the rainbow 🌈. Green veggies are rich in a combination of vitamins A, C, and K; several B vitamins (including folate, essential for ADN repair and cell growth); and potassium.
