PAK CHOI • MAPLE SYRUP • MISO • GINGER • GR'EAT ROMA
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pak choi
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp red miso paste
- 1 tbsp tamari
- ginger
- thyme
- olive oil
- GR'EAT Granola Roma Dried Tomatoes, Oregano, Balsamic Vinegar, Hazelnuts, Pine Nuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut the edges of the pak choi root off, rinse it well and dry it.
2. Cut the pak choi in small strips, leaves included.
3. Heat a pan on medium to high heat, add olive oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp red miso paste, 1 tbsp tamari and stir the pak choi for 10-15min with the pan cover on.
4. Add a few slices of ginger and thyme.
5. Serve with our GR'EAT Granola Roma.
