PORRIDGE – GR'EAT GRANOLA

PORRIDGE

 

Your way to perfect porridge!

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Grill 1 cup of whole oats on high heat using 1 tsp of virgin coconut oil.

2. Add 2 cups of water and a pinch of sea salt & spices (vanilla or cinnamon).

3. Stir continuously on medium heat using a wooden spoon during 7-8 minutes until you get a creamy & chunky texture. Just before serving add a dash of almond milk.

4. Top with fresh seasonal fruit & granola for some extra crunchiness.

5. Add a swirl of smooth home-made nut butter or maple syrup.
