- 1/3 goat cheese roll
- 2-3 basil leaves
- 1tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Blend 200g cooked beetroot + 1 lime juice & zest + 1 tbs olive oil + seasalt + black pepper.
2. Topp with fresh goat cheese, basil & our GR’EAT Granola Provence.
