ORZO • PARMIGIANO REGGIANO • CHANTERELLES • CORIANDER • OLIVE OIL • BALSAMIC VINEGAR CREAM • FLAT PARSLEY • BLACK PEPPER • GR'EAT GLORY

DINNER LUNCH

Ingredients (for 4 people): 
  • 320g orzo pasta 
  • 200g chanterelles
  • 80 pine nuts
  • Parmigiano reggiano (shaved)
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar cream
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh flat parsley
  • GR'EAT Glory

Preparation:
1. Cook the orzo pasta for about 14 to 15 min. 
2. Delicately clean the mushrooms using a brush. Stir fry them with olive oil for about 4-5min. 
3. Roast the pine nuts until golden (4 min at 180°C in the oven or in a pan)
4. Dress individual plates: add 1/4 of the pasta, the chanterelles, the pine nuts, a dash of olive oil and a swirl of balsamic vinegar. Pepper. Sprinkle with GR'EAT GLORY and add some fresh flat parsley leaves. Enjoy!
