Blend:

  • 200 ml almond milk (or other vegetable milk)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 100 grams of frozen raspberries
  • 60 grams of frozen red berries
  • 2 tsps of hennepseeds (protein)
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Top with GR'EAT Granola & fresh fruit
